"In a box that simulates to be a parcel of land, where the grass grows green and lively, I don't bury a dead person, neither hide something of what I feel ashamed. I do delivery of something mine that turns a stranger: a couple of representation of my no-face, my no-ID, my no-passaport, my no-me.
I put them in the ground as several seeds, waitting that from that identity emerges a bigger one, one that'll pass through the ground in search for light, and I'll could finally say: That's me."

Taking an object (either stone or ceramic) from museums or ruins of the Yucatan Peninsula is a federal crime for which the Mexican customs inspection is very thorough. I knew this a day after having stolen a ceramic head from the house-museum of Mundaca (pirate refuge in Isla Mujeres). Culture contributing to traffic without the need to expose myself to have a criminal case, I decided to leave the head more than 100 km of the site from which I borrowed. I left it in the ruins of Tulum, on my last day at 21, after thinking about art, myself, and the year I expected.

I did not film the time of the theft but the installation at the new destination.
